Past Work

Please browse through my portfolios to the left showcasing the variety of my past work and diverse mediums.

Stained Glass

Since 1998, Ann has been designing and creating unique, custom stained-glass windows, lamps, entryways and installations for private residential homes and commercial spaces throughout the country. Her largest glass ceiling was featured on HGTV’s America’s Top Ski Homes and is an astounding 16×20 feet set 30 feet above a marble floor in the largest private residence in the state of Vermont. All of Ann’s designs begin with watercolor sketches, then transferred into a full-size template using charcoal. Photos of her design process are included.

Illustration/Painting

The following is a collection of some of my private works including drawings, watercolors, paintings, engravings, wood carvings, lithographs and mixed media.

Most artists specialize in a particular style, such as abstracts, realism or impressionism. As a result of doing custom and commissioned fine art for so many years, it has allowed me to have great variation in my styles and I love trying anything new. I have always been fascinated by astrology and much of that is present in many of the older pieces.

Ann received a BFA in Graphic Design and has been Creating innovative designs for over 20 years. Modeling | Commercials | Acting

SAG | AFTRA

Ann has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild since 2001 after being cast in the role of Pocahontas at Walt Disney World’s former MGM Studios in 1996 and cast as a “sailor” in the Voyage of the Little Mermaid live stage show that spawned her love of acting. During her time with the Disney organization, she began doing voiceovers throughout the theme park and following her return to New England was offered a modeling job for Paul Mitchell hair products where she then began working with multiple casting directors and agents. For the past 30 years Ann has enjoyed the hobby of acting as a fun and enjoyable supplement to her artistic endeavors. She has been featured in dozens of commercials both local and national both on television as well as print, marketing and web-based materials. Some companies she has worked for include Panera, Dunkin Donuts, Hasbro, Disney, 99 Restaurant, American Airlines, Glamour Magazine, Boston Magazine, Avia fitness, Infiniti and Verizon just to name a few. While the majority of her time in this field was spent on commercial work, she has had some small roles in films over the years including the Disney film The Game Plan and most notably played the girlfriend of Sugar Ray Leonard in the movie The Fighter starring Christian Bale. She also worked as a body double for some well-known A-listers and various movie sets. While Ann has for the most part retired from this part of her career, she would like to state for the record that she would accept the role of a villain in a cheesy lifetime movie if the opportunity were to present itself… or a supporting role to George Clooney she would also consider coming out of retirement for.

Event Design

Ann has been channeling her creativity and artistic flair into various events over the past three decades. Some of the unique parties she has been brought in as a visionary while some she has solely organized from the invitations to live music; her past events include fundraisers for Habitat for Humanity, Wall raising and ribbon cutting ceremonies with former Mayor Menino of Boston, Comedy events, private wine tasting during Nantucket wine festival, dinner party for congressman Ed Markey, various events for John Kerry during the Democratic National Convention and his presidential campaign, Corporate parties and retreats, Plymouth Independent Film Festival auction, independent movie film screenings, poker tournaments and many others. Ann has also collaborated with A Gala Affair and assisted with some wedding designs.
